The cheese taster FAMA is a professional cheese maker tool, ideal for many types of cheese, especially seasoned ones. It’s inserted in the form to take a sample of cheese and thus verify its state of maturing. Possible imperfections, inside the cheese forms, can be controlled using the handle as a small hammer.
