All cheese knives are realized with stainless steel blades and different types of handles, either wood or nontoxic polypropylene suitable for professional manufacture.
Our cheese knives selection includes both mini tasting knives and big professional ones, with different shapes for cutting different types of cheeses: hard and semi-hard cheeses like Parmigiano or Grana; soft cheeses like Taleggio, Brie, Gorgonzola, and other blue cheeses...ecc

Our knives are entirely manufactured with handcrafted process in our historical cutlery of Maniago since 1929.
