Santoku knife - Onda line
The santoku knife FAMA has a high and very sharp blade, provided with characteristic cavities to incorporate air, for separating the slice from the blade for a better cut. It’s originally a Japanese kitchen knife used to mince, to fillet and to cut different type of foods, from vegetables to meat and fish.
